Produced in the Netherlands, Black Tomato Gin is made using black tomatoes as well as a few drops of sea water. Shows off a fascinating balance between sweet and savoury flavours. Beside the secret botanicals, we use some small drops of fresh salt, Oosterschelde water and homemade large, black tomatoes. Our distillery is one of the rare distillers in the Netherlands with its own traditional malt soil, stone floor for the sprouting of dried malt grains. 50cl 42.3%
