At Pilgrim’s gin, they wanted to create a taste experience as unique and rewarding as a pilgrim’s journey. They have taken the savoury, earthy notes of juniper, coriander, and angelica, complimented them with the sweet, acidic flavour of grapefruit and added an interesting twist of liquorice.
